1. Prices and discounts
The prices apply for a minimum stay of 3 nights, otherwise the price to pay will be the one from the high season price list.
For every additional person we charge 12,00 €.
The prices include: Bed linen, hand and bath towels, fully equipped kitchen, TV and radio, electricity and heating, bread delivery service and the final cleaning.
2. Discounts for children
Children up to 12 years pay 7,50 € per day.
Pets are allowed, we charge 10,00 € per day.
4. Additional charges and terms of payment
Deposit: We welcome written reservations via e-mail. The reservation will be confirmed once the deposit of 150,00 € per week has been paid.
Please fill in your name as the purpose of payment.
If your stay is shorter than 3 days the price to pay will be the one from the high season price list.
Cleaning, electricity and heating already included in the price.
As of 01.01.2018 we are required to collect a local visitor’s tax of 1,55 € per person and night for guests over 14 years of age.
The local tax includes the Mobilcard, which allows you to use all public transport to the valley station of the cable car Alpe di Siusi.
Payment: Please pay cash on site.
Since December 6th 2011, according to the Legislative Decree 201/2011, in Italy it is no longer allowed to pay amounts above € 999.99 in cash. The following payment methods are accepted: non-transferable check, bank transfer.
5. Arrival and departure
Arrival: On arrival day, we expect you starting from 14 clock. Of course, you can also arrive earlier, but the apartment will ready for you only at 14 clock. In case of a delay, we look forward to receiving a message from you.
Departure: On departure day, please leave your holiday apartment not later than 10 clock. Other times are possible upon request.
We are pleased that you have decided to stay with us. In the case of the unexpected causing you to forego your holiday, the following conditions apply:
You can cancel up to 3 months before your set arrival date. If you cancel between 3 months and 4 weeks before your set arrival date we will charge you 3 days of your holiday. If you cancel within the 4 weeks directly before your set arrival date, then 70% of the booking will be charged.
